Treat your guests to a guided tour of Middleburg. We’ll explore our rich history and the interesting lives (and afterlife) of our townspeople throughout the ages on a leisurely stroll through town. Private Tours are available for four or more people according to availability.
Private tours can be booked online. Our booking system will allow you to choose and schedule the date for your Private Tour. However, the specific time of day your tour will take place will need to be scheduled directly with us. Once your reservations have been made, we will contact you to schedule the exact time you would like your tour. A confirmation email will be sent to you once your tour details are scheduled. Middleburg Ghost Tours are conducted rain or shine. So, unfortunately we don’t offer any monetary refunds. We do, however, offer rain checks if you contact us and let us know you won’t be able to make it via email or phone PRIOR TO THE START of the tour with your ticket confirmation number. Cancellations after the start of any tour will not be eligible for a rain check. If you’ve cancelled prior to the scheduled tour, you will be issued a special code via your contact email that you can use to make another reservation of comparable value for another date. Lastly, The town of Middleburg requires that all participants in guided walking tours sign a Release of Liability prior to taking the tour. Please note that all participants under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian that can sign the release on the minor’s behalf. PLEASE PLAN TO ARRIVE 15 MINUTES EARLY to insure that you are checked in. Tours will begin on time. Reservations must be made online – NO CASH IS ACCEPTED AT THE TIME OF THE TOUR.
