Beginning with the first European colonists, this part of the country has seen more than its fair share of seemingly supernatural activity, And with that, the birth of some incredible urban legends and chilling ghost stories.
Regularly scheduled tours take place between April and November on most Friday and Saturday evenings. Private tours are available with a minimum of four participants most evenings and weekend days. Also available for private tours and events.

There is usually parking available there. If not, there is another public lot located on South Pendleton Street and parking on the street. We’re sorry to say that if you park anywhere else, there is an excellent chance that you will be towed at your own risk and expense.

Buy Tickets for our ToursMiddleburg Ghost Tours are conducted rain or shine. So, unfortunately we don’t offer any monetary refunds. We do, however, offer rain checks if you contact us and let us know you won’t be able to make it via email or phone PRIOR TO THE START of the tour with your ticket confirmation number. Cancellations after the start of any tour will not be eligible for a rain check. If you’ve cancelled prior to the scheduled tour, you will be issued a special code via your contact email that you can use to make another reservation of comparable value for another date. Lastly, The town of Middleburg requires that all participants in guided walking tours sign a Release of Liability prior to taking the tour. Please note that all participants under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian that can sign the release on the minor’s behalf. PLEASE PLAN TO ARRIVE 15 MINUTES EARLY to insure that you are checked in. Tours will begin on time. Reservations must be made online – NO CASH IS ACCEPTED AT THE TIME OF THE TOUR.
